This week's nominees are ...


Colton Ellingsworth, Galena

The senior set a new school record with a time of 16:43.65, on his way to winning the Texidor Challenge at the School of the Osage on Oct. 30.

Conner Diaz, Steelville

Diaz picked up his second win of the season by taking first in the St. James Invitational on Wednesday, Sept. 28. He ran the course in 16:38.30.

Peyton Willbanks, Liberty

Ran a 16:03.70 to take fourth place at the KC Classic at Raymore-Peculiar, as the junior was the top Missouri finisher in the race.

Luke Stevenson, Pattonville

Pattonville's junior won the Parkway West Dale Shepherd Invitational on course with lots of turns in 16:10 for a 10+second victory over O'Fallon, Illinois, runner Dylan Ybarra.

Brady Purcell, Republic

Picked up a win at his team's home meet on Sept. 27 winning the 10th Annual Republic Invitational with a time of 17:26.50. It was his first high school win.
