Missouri Cross Country's Fastest Senior Girls in 2022

Carolyn Ford was one of the best runners in the state as a freshman when she won the Class 4 state championship. Flash forward a few years and the Rock Bridge standout is still the fastest from that ninth-grade group. 

She and Julia Ray of MICDS has a substantial lead over the rest of the runners in the top 25. 

Teammates Grace Tyson and Elissa Barnard from Lafayette (Wildwood) are both in the top 10. Reigning Class 5 champions Blue Springs South has three runners in the top 25.
