MICDS senior Julia Ray chases the lead cart 3100-meters into the Class 4 girls race. Ray cruised to victory in 18:14 to lead the Lady Rams to an 11th-place team finish.

State Wrestling 2nd next???

Washington senior Julia Donnelly races down the homestretch to a runner-up finish in the Class 4 girls race. Last year, Donnelly placed 4th at state, then earned a second 4th-place state finish, in wrestling, a few months after her cross country finish.

Fort Zumwalt South's Sarah Morrison (left) battles Rockwood Summit's Reese Martin to the Class 4 girls finish. Morrison finished 15th in 19:40.2 while Martin was 16th in 19:40.6., both earning All-State honors.
