Liberty North, on the heels of winning the Class 5 cross country
championship, took home both of the top honors on the Greater Kansas
City all-metro team, announced by the Greater Kansas City Cross
Country Coaches Association.
Sage Wilde, the MSHSAA Class 5 XC champion, was named the runner of the year. The other
finalists were Rockhurst's Henry Acorn and Lincoln College Prep'sIsaac Rivera .
David Chatlos of
Liberty North was named the coach of the year. Jamin Swift from
Raymore-Peculiar was the other finalist.
