Missouri Outdoor Breakthrough Performances: Week of April 27

Missouri high school track and field athletes posted several personal records at meets during the week of April 27.

Tatym Buster (Webb City) won the girls' 3200 meters in 11:26.27 at the Webb City Invitational on May 1, improving from her previous best of 12:06.67 set in April. She has dropped from 12:43.01 this season. The freshman ranks #34 in Missouri and #5 among freshmen statewide.

Jackson Markham (Raymore-Peculiar) ran 9:56.87 in the boys' 3200 meters at the Trailblazer Invitational on May 1, placing ninth among 23 competitors. The sophomore lowered his personal record from 10:27.87 and ranks #126 in Missouri and #29 among sophomores.
