Samantha Nightingale defended her Rim Rock title in a convincing fashion winning the Varsity Girls Gold Division in a Rim Rock high school course record of 14:15.4 for 4k.

On the guys side defending Kansas 6A Champion Jacob Morgan blazed a 15:13.2 to win the gold division. The top Missouri finisher was Drew White who finished in 2nd with a 15:24.6. Zach Herriott was third with a 15:34 to lead the Rockhurst boys to their 2nd consecutive team title at Rim Rock.
