Coaches and Athletic Directors
Thank you for participating in the 2017 JV McCullough/Douglas Invitational @ Festus High School
Date: Friday, March 24th, 2017
Site: Tiger Stadium @ Festus R-6 Campus
Time: Field Events start at 3:30 and running events at 4:00. A brief coaches meeting will begin at 3:15 pm in the track shed located at the northeast corner of the track. You will be allowed to only make scratches, no additions. The coaches meeting will end promptly at 3:30 pm. Please review the attached starting times for field events. We reserve the right to change the start time if necessary.
Awards: T-shirts 1st through 3rd place. Relays Shirts will be awarded to 1st place only. 1st place plaques for Men/Women total team points.
Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
Surface: 8 Lane rubberized track. We allow 3/16 and below on the track and runways. NO TAPE ON THE TRACK!
Seeding: Heats/Flights will be seeded by time and distances entered.
Field Events: The throwing areas are NOT located at the track. They are behind the high school. It is within walking distance for athletes. Head coaches please advise your jumping and throwing coaches so we dont have any confusion at the event. Long jump, triple jump, shot, and discus competitors will be given four attempts.
Entry Fees: The entry fee will be $150.00 per girls team and $150.00 boys team for both divisions that needs to be paid before or on the day of the meet. Any questions please contact Athletic Director Mr. Allen (636) 937-5946.
Misc: There are bathrooms available. We DO NOT have locker rooms available at the track for athletes. There will be a concession stand available. There are areas for putting up tents.

With limited opportunities for JV teams to participate this spring in our area. We will allow you to enter two teams in this meet. You would have to pay entry fee for both teams. If you are interested please contact me.
