South, East, & West Division Conference Meet
You may revise your entries until midnight on the 29th. Changes may be emailed to me until noon on the 30th. Scratches only after that time.
Meet Management:
We are throwing the Javelin but are unable to compete in the Pole Vault.
This meet is scored and medaled by division but your athletes will be competing against all divisions in their races. Divisions are as follows:

Time Schedule:
Prelims will not be run, heats against time. I will have your teams heat sheet at our new Concession Stand to hand to you so you can make SCRATCHES ONLY on it. Please return it to the press box by 3:30 so we may begin our running events on time.
3:30 p.m.Boys Javelin
3:45 p.mAll other Field Events except Discus
4:15 p.m.Running Events - Regular Schedule
Combined Events (4 x 800, 3200) will be decided by the games
committee after entries are submitted
Our Throwing events will be on a rotation since we use one field for both Javelin and Discus. More information to follow.
Coachs Meeting/Hospitality:
We will not have a traditional coachs meeting. Work assignments will be attached to your program when you arrive. I will need timers.
You will receive tickets to redeem at the Concession Stand for your coaches and Bus Driver. Our Booster Club is running it and they plan on providing pulled pork sandwiches.
Awards:
A plaque will be awarded to top team in each division/gender.
Individual medals for 1st - 3rd places will also be awarded.
Facility Restrictions:
Please check your athletes spikes. They can be no longer than 1/8. They will be checked in the bullpen and they will be disqualified if they are too long.
Please make your athletes aware of our parking and Javelin areas. We will have limited parking due to the Javelin runway being on our parking lot. Please have Javelin participants enter/exit through the large West Entrance gate.
Entry Fee:
Prorated amongst the 17 teams involved in the meet based on cost of medals, officials, and starter. Invoice attached.There will be no break down for individual athletes for this meet. Make checks payable to Chaffee High School and send to them to the address below or bring the day of the meet.

Parking:
As I said, our parking is limited. I am asking all teams to drop off at the West Entrance near the new Concession Stand (Red roofed building). Busses will park in the Old Food Giant Parking lot. Your bus driver will be picked up and brought back to the entrance.
