Testman Track (west of Nevada HS)
Times:
1:00pm - Coaches meeting outside of Track Shack
1:15pm - Field Events start
1:45pm - (non-scoring) 4x800m Relay
2:00pm - Running events start
Entries: $150 for all divisions, if less than 30 athletes-- $5/competitor, entries will be entered to mo.milesplit.com
Each team is allowed 3 entries per event & 1 relay
Scoring: Top 8 will score, medals to top 3 finishers, team plaques to top 2 teams in each division
Field Events: 1-hour time limit for each division
HJ & PV will be discussed in coaches mtg
LJ & TJ - 3 attempts, cafeteria style
SP & Disc - 3 attempts
Timing System: Hand timed
Spikes: 1/8" pyramid only, please
