Location: Branson High School
Cost of Admission: None
Starting Time: Javelin - 3:30 PM; Field Events - 4:00 PM; Running Events - 4:00 PM
Coach's Meeting: 3:10 PM in the Activities Center; Coach's Packet Provided.
Entries: Due by 9:00 AM Thursday, May 6th on mo.milesplit
Entry Limit: You may enter up to 3 athletes per event and one relay team per event. There will be no prelims; fastest heat will run last.
Changes/Scratches: Coaches can make changes to their entries up until the entry deadline. Scratches only, no adds after the entry deadline. Scratches can also be made at the coach's meeting.
Entry Fee: $100 per team (Boys or Girls) or $200 per school (Boys and Girls Team)
Tents: Tents are allowed in the designated areas. See Map.
Locker Rooms: There are no locker rooms at this facility. Restrooms are located behind the concessions on the home side of the stadium and on the visitor's side.
Spikes/Equipment: Up to 1/4" (.635 cm) or less. Violators will be disqualified. No spikes in the bleachers or in the seatback chairs. Each participant will be responsible for his or her own equipment. Blocks will be furnished. All implements will be weighed and certified from 2:45 - 3:00 PM.
Bullpen: All running events will bullpen under the red tent on the football field based on the event schedule with the exception of the 100/110 hurdles and the 100 dash. Those will bullpen at the starting line.
Markings: Chalk and tennis balls can be used for marking purposes. Tape cannot be used.
Coaching Boxes: Coaching boxes will be provided. Only certified coaches in this area.
Hospitality Room: Located in the visitor's concession stand.
Scoring/Awards: Standard team scoring rules apply. We will medal 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places. Medals can be picked up at the press box at the conclusion of the meet. The 1st place team in each division will receive a plaque.
Results: We are timing the meet using the FINISH LYNX TIMING SYSTEM and scoring the meet with HYTEK MEET MANAGER SOFTWARE. Unofficial results will be given at the finish line. Official results will be posted in a Google folder with QR codes to access the folder posted around the stadium. Results will be announced after the conclusion of each event. If you want results emailed to your media outlets, please leave an email address with the meet manager. Results will be posted to mo.milesplit at the conclusion of the meet.
Concessions: Concessions will be sold in the concession stand on the home side of the stadium.
Spectators Areas: All running events can be viewed from the stadium and outside of the green fencing. Spectator areas for discus, shot, and javelin will be marked and roped off.
Drop Off/Parking: Parking for busses will be available at the Activity Center. Drop off athletes at the activity center. Do not enter the high school from the high school entrance. Go past the high school entrance and take the next left to enter the activity center.
