Registration

         You and only you are responsible for your team's
entries; you must review them to make sure they are correct.When you verify your entries, Please register
your entries online at milesplit.com

         Deadline is Tuesday May 11^th by 12
noon

 Pass Lists

         Pass List must be completed online by May 12^th,
2021.

 Bus Drop Off & Parking

         Please ask your busses to park and drop off your
team on the parking lot by the Gymnasium.Elaine Dr., the street that our stadium is located on.If you park on the Gym parking lot, your team
can walk along the outside of the fence to the baseball field directly into the
stadium.

          All Teams/coaches will enter through the south
entrance gate near the bus drop off area

          No busses are allowed to park on the
Stadium Parking Lot.

 Team Camps

         Teams to set up their tents on the small
baseball field to the north

          Please do not establish a team area in the
stands, near the pavilion, or in the courtyard.The Bleachers, Pavilion, and Courtyard are intended for spectators, and
not team tents or camps.

 Approved Areas

          Athletes-
only allowed inside the track fence if you are COMPETING or in the
RUNNER WARMUP AREA. Field event athletes are allowed in the field event
areas if you are COMPETING.

         ALL ATHLETES
MUST BE IN UNIFORM TO ENTER THE COMPETING AREAS

          Coaches-
Only allowed in coach boxes when in competition areas with lanyard

          Spectators- ABSOLUTELY NO SPECTATORS are allowed inside
the track fence or in the field event areas

  Implements

         Implement weighing and check-in will be done at
the site of the throwing event

         Check-in times are one hour before competition

 Coaches

         Must have lanyard to pass through the south
entrance gate

         Hospitality Room will be available

         We will need help with some field events,
exchange zones, etc.Please see the
attached document for assignments

Timing

         There will be a coaches meeting on the Northeast
corner of the track by the Locker Rooms at 9am

         Field Events will begin at 9:30am

         Running Events will begin at 10am

         Timing will be done by All-American Timing

 Scoring

         10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

         LJ, TJ, Shot, Disc, Javelin- 4 attempts, no
finals

         opening heights determined at coaches meeting

 Awards

         Individual Medals will be for the top 4
finishers in each event & Team Awards for the top Boys and Girls Team.All Medals and Team Awards will be available
in the Press Box at the conclusion of the Invitational.

 Admission

         This MSHSAA Track District does have an
Admission Fee.The cost will be $5

 Surfaces

         Surfaces
require 1/4 inch spikes or less.

         No Markings on track surface
