• 8:30am Coaches meeting (Ramming Gym) 

• Field events begin @ 9:00am (schedule to come soon)

• 3200m Slow heats 9:00am

• Running events begin 9:30am, rolling schedule
  
  

• Javelin runway is an all weather track surface. Athletes Must wear track spikes, " spikes or smaller. 

• Medals will be awarded to the 4 places.

• Public restroom inside the school near concession stand

• Bus Drop off & Tent location: South Parking Lot 

SPECTATOR INFO: 

• $5 per person, enter at the stadium, cash only. 

• Spectators are allowed in the grandstands & plaza areas only, not at field event areas

• Public restroom inside the school near concession stand

• Limited parking is available at the high school lots. 

• Additional parking at Conway Elementary School (9900 Conway Rd, St. Louis, MO 63124)
