East Prairie High School Open
March 30, 2023

The track at East Prairie is an all-weather, 400 meter, six lane track. The long jump and triple jump runways are the same surface. Athletes should wear pyramid or 3/16 needle-nose spikes for this meet. All field events, excluding javelin and pole vault, will take place. All field events except shot is on the North end of the track and shot is on the South end.
Athletes may participate in up to 4 events, but no more than 3 running or field events per MSHSAA.
Event Information
Running events will start at 4:00 p.m.
Check in/warm ups for field events will begin at 3:30 p.m. and competition will begin at 3:45 p.m.
Long and triple jump pits will close at 5:30 p.m.
Athletes competing in running events will need to check in at the bull pen which is the area directly behind the 100m starting line when their event is called.

We will not be scoring this meet in the scorebook, however, I will email results from the event after the meet.
We will need some help from each participating school with timing, relay exchanges, etc. Please look over the meet assignments below. If you have any questions or are unable to work the assignment for your school please let me know.
Please be sure to check your email on teh day of the meet in the event of inclement weather conditions.
