Timing: Electronic

timing. To ensure no delays in results please follow the instructions from the

timing company on site.

Race Times: Boys Varsity and Boys JV 4:00 p.m.

 Girls Varsity and Girls JV 4:40 p.m.

Because of the layout of the

course, we will not start a race until the previous race is complete.

Coaches Meeting: 3:30 pm at the Hospitality Tent.

Medals: Top 14 Girls and Boys Varsity will receive medals

and be designated All Conference. Awards ceremony will take place immediately

following the Girl's race.

Team Tents/Busses: Busses will drop off athletes near

the tent area (Lot P) at the practice field across from the start line. Busses

will then be directed to circle around to Riverside, Mitchell and back up South

50^th to bus parking at the Dorms (Lot O). Race traffic on 50^th

street should be one way only! Spectator parking will be in Lot O. Please no

spectator parking in Lot P or along the road!

Please

make team camps in Tent City, leave the areas near hospitality and portable

toilets clear.
