MAAA Track Coaches and Athletic Directors Information for the 2011 MAAA Conference Track Meet, hosted by Potosi High School
1. Date and Starting Times: Friday, April 29th. The coaches meeting will be held in the Middle School cafeteria at 3:30. Please make your scratches and changes at this meeting. Field events will begin at 4:00 and running events at 5:30 or 6:00-after completion of field events.
2. Entries: Make your entries at momilesplit by Tuesday, April 26th. Each team is allowed 2 individuals per event and one relay team. We will send all entries to each School on Wednesday.
3. Entry Fee: None
4. Awards: Medals will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in all events. A plaque will be awarded to the first place Boys and Girls school.
5. Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 (all events)
6. No Prelims in Running events
7. Field Events: They begin at 4:00. Each participant in the Shot Put, Discus, Long Jump and Triple Jump will have 3 attempts. Top 9 individuals will receive 3 more throws or jumps. Starting heights for the High Jump and Pole Vault will be decided at the coaches meeting.
8. Track Information: Spikes should be no longer than 3/16 inch needle. Discus and Shot Put rings are concrete and located by the practice football field. Starting blocks will be provided.

10. Rain Date: Monday, May 2nd (Which conflicts with JV Conference Meet)
11. Concessions: There will be a concession stand available. Coaches and Bus drivers will have a hospitality area in the Middle School cafeteria.

Boys and Girls Triple Jump Meet Worker-Ste. Gene
Athletes should complete run-throughs by 4:00 and complete jumps by 6:00
All running events will be girls followed by the boys
