Brett Halter, University of Missouri Head Track and Field Coach, has agreed to come to Parkway Central to conduct a free clinic for our Track coaches in regards to coaching the Javelin. The presentation will be on Wednesday, February 1, 2017, from 6:00-8:00 pm in the Commons at Parkway Central. The presentation will center on the safety of the event, technique, proper training intervals, etc. Please inform your Track Coaches about this opportunity ...thanks for spreading the word.
Per Coach Halter's request, I will be opening this invitation to other St Louis area Track coaches. There will be no charge for the event-this is his way of giving back to the coaches promoting the sport...thanks!
