15. Peter Fowers - Laquey - SR: 26th at State is always tough and that was where Fowers found himself last year at Class 1 State after coming across in 18:12. His 17:48 makes him the 14th fastest returner, but with no track seasons to pull from, Fowers finds himself in 15th on our rankings, mostly because his lifetime best is 17:35. He'll hope that just sneaking into our rankings will help him sneak onto the podium this year after just missing out in 2016.
