4. Miranda Dick - Raymore-Peculiar - JR: The third fastest returner in Class 4 has an impressive résumé in her own right, entering the 2017 season with an 18:24 5K best. Last year was her first trip to the podium in cross country and she now has three more medals from the state track meet: 3200 Relay (4th), 1600 (6th), 3200 (4th). With impressive personal bests this season on the track of 2:28, 5:07, and 11:08, the KU Relays 2K Steeple champ looks to have made her mark and further looks poised to push the envelope this season for a young, talented team.
