15. Corin Carroll - St. Vincent - JR: Sneaking into our rankings is the rising junior from St. Vincent High School. Corin Carroll dropped a big PR when it counted and came up with a 17th place finish and the 17th fastest returning time in Class 2. Carroll doesn't compete on the track, but the young lady from Southeast MO also doesn't seem phased by the competition ahead of her as she broke up a crew of Fatima harriers en route to the finish line. She was 10th in Class 1 as a freshman, also. There will be many challengers to knock Carroll off the list, particularly from those Fatima runners left off, but for now, we have Corin at #15.
