3. Nassim Oufattole (Lafayette-Wildwood)
He's was on the list last week, and generally I try to avoid repeats but when you drop a 1:56.13 in 40 degree weather with a windchill in the 30's you are going to make the list. Nassim is absolutely crushing it this year, as he's PR'd in each of his last 2 meets despite horrid conditions. He's currently ranked 1st in the 800m, and 2nd in both the 1600m & 3200m and he'll only get faster once we get some warmer weather.
