2022 Class 4 Boys State Track and Field Photos

The Class 4 Boys competition at the MSHSAA State Track and Field Championships 2nd weekend provided some dramatic team battles. While Kearney cruised to the title with 64 points, West Plains was 2nd with 50 and Festus 3rd with 46, MICDS won the 4x400 and leapfrogged Willard for 4th and the final team trophy.

MICDS finished with 41 points while Willard was 5th with 39. Harrisonville, Hillsboro, and Rolla tied for 6th with 36 points while Marshfield, Smithville, Camdenton, and Grandview were 9th-12th with 34, 32, 31, and 28 points. Defending champion Webb City was 13th with 26 points, and Lincoln College Prep 14th with 24 points.
