Preview

While the returning champ is in the field, Kaelyn Spratt will need to have the best race of her season to reclaim the gold medal.  She currently ranks 7th in Class 1 with a 49.39, almost three seconds slower than her winning time last year.  The top two seeds come in nearly tied.  Addie Kielhofner and Kacey Ayers recorded times of 47.95 and 47.96 this season.  Both of them were All-State last year and are threats to Spratt’s title defense.  There are also two more returning All-Staters from this event  - Avery Snodgrass and Martiza Chavez.
