14. Chandler Stephens - Midway - SR: The all-state pole vaulter didn't run many distance races during the 2017 track season, but his 17:38 5K in 2016 makes him the 11th fastest returner. With very few results, and a 24th place finish at state last year, we put Stephens at 14th expecting him to challenge and move up as the season progresses.
