15. Isaac Stout - Lutheran North - JR: Stout made a huge jump in 2016 and snuck in for 25th in Class 2 as a sophomore. His 17:36 at Oak Hills was just 10 seconds off his personal best (set at the now grass-track McNair) so it would appear that the legendary Coach Prahlow had Stout peaking at the right time. He was hampered in 2017 by a knee injury and is working his way back, but when he's back, you can't deny the 16th best returner from the state meet.
