7. Abbigael Woods - Liberty (Wentzville) - SO - Class 4: Ah, the dreaded 26th. But, luckily, Woods still has three more years left to make it to the podium. She hammered a 19:25 at the state meet, which was 2 minutes faster than what she did at the Capital City CC Challenge just a month earlier. Woods was MIA during track season, but should be a strong challenger for a medal in 2017.
