West Platte made its first appearance at the state meet in 2000. Since then, they have brought a team to state every year, winning back to back to back titles in 2001, 02, and 03 and then another in 2012. They've also brought home trophies every year from 2005-2009 and again in 2011 and 2013. Though they've been to state every year, they haven't been on the podium since 2013, but will hope to change that this year. Max Davies is their big returner and is one of the top 10 boys in Class 1 overall. These Bluejays are returning 6 of their top 7 and should be able to make it 17 straight years to state this year.
