4. Jhordin Galmore, Junior
MICDS
PR: 58.46
Jhordin was All-State this past May in both the 200m (4th) and the 400m (6th) and ran a leg on the state champion 4x100 and 5th place 4x200 relays. She went into the finals in the 400m seeded 4th, but was a little over a second slower in finals than her prelim time. An extra year of training should do her good, and I wouldn't be surprised if she drops into the 57's and cracks the top 3.

3. Brianna Garth, Junior
Raytown South
PR: 57.81
Brianna finished 4th last year in the 400m at State, despite being a second slower than she was at Sectionals the week before. When your PR is 57.81 though, there's a little more wiggle room. With another year of training she can climb as high a 2nd this year.

2. Dinedye Denis, Senior
Winnetonka
PR: 57.17
The 3rd place finisher at State a year ago, Dinedye will look to move up this year. Her PR of 57.17 is nearly a second ahead of number three on our list, so she is a strong favorite to finish 2nd this year.
