Meets to Circle On the Calendar

Lindenwood High School Open (3/24)

The St. Louis area's largest meet to start the year, this meet is where we can see some of the top sprinting times early in the year.

Festus Early Bird (3/23-3/24)

Another huge meet in the St. Louis area, Festus have even attracted some of the top Kansas City area schools to attend. This meet tends to feature most of the top distance runners, so a lot of the early state leading times will come from here.

Rusty Hodge Invitational (3/29)

The first big Kansas City Invitational of the season, the Rusty Hodge Invitational hosted by Blue Springs South attracts most of Kansas City's top Class 4 and 5 schools and is always fast.

Girls Night Out/Hillcrest Boys Invitational (4/5-4/6)

These back to back meets at JFK Stadium in Springfield combine for the most competitive meet in Southwest Missouri. These meets always attract top teams from all over the State to compete, and there are always really fast times posted here.

Gary Parker Invite (4/13)

Though normally hosted later in the year, this meet has been the signature meet for Kansas City's top teams. Though it may not be as quick as normal since its been moved up, it still should be a real barn burner.

Corey Siebert Invitational (4/15)

One of the larger meet in the St. Louis area, this meet hosted by Rockwood Summit is always a fast meet and will attract many of the areas top teams.

Kansas Relays (4/19-4/20)

The hands down biggest, fastest, and most exciting meet of the high school track season, the Kansas Relays is really the grand daddy of them all. This meet attracts the best athletes from across the midwest, and in a lot of cases is more difficult than even the State Meet.

Darwin Rold Invitational (4/27)

This year the Darwin Rold Invitational hosted by Lee's Summit West has swapped places with the Gary Parker Invite, and it should only improve an already fast meet. This meet will be wicked fast as it is the last chance these athletes will have to get seed times heading into their conference meets.
