Class 4 District 3
The District 3 battle will take place at Parkway Central, where two Parkway Central Colts will be in contention for the individual crown. Gottlieb Gerstenecker is the favorite with a season best of 16:20, just ahead of teammate Andrew Ahrens (16:25) and Nick Cimmarusti (16:46) of Francis Howell.
The team race couldn't be any closer. Francis Howell and Parkway Central are tied in the virtual meet at 56 points, with the advantage going to Howell by virtue of the 6th runner. We likely won't know the winner of this meet until well after the race. Pattonville and Francis Howell Central wrap up the Sectional qualifying spots with 89 and 101 points respectively.
