Class 3 District 4
The teams of District 4 will head to McNair Park in St. Charles to compete for their District Championships. The Boys race will be lead by Carson Sanders of Orchard Farm who comes in with the forth fastest time in Class 3 with a 15:44. Lutheran (St. Charles) look to hold the advantage for the team title with a projected 47 points, followed by Orchard Farm (62) and St. Charles (70) who are neck and neck for the final State position.
Defending State Runner Up Mercedes Schroer is the favorite to win the girls race, as she comes in with the third fastest time in Class 3 with a 19:08. That season best is nearly a minute faster than second place, and she could be a threat to break 19:00. St. Charles looks like it will capture the team title with a projected 25 points, with the next closest challenger Incarnate Word having 51.
