Class 3 District 5
Pike County Fairgrounds in Bowling Green will be the host site for the teams of District 5. Helias's Jack Crull looks to be the favorite for the boy individual title with a season best of 16:05, ahead of Brock Fisher of Fulton who comes in with a season best of 16:36. Kirksville will square of with Helias for the team title, with Kirksville holding the advantage in the virtual meet with a projected 98-105 edge.
Sophie Ashner of Owensville is the projected champion on the girls side, coming in with a time of 19:58. She will have some competition however from Alexa Lamb of Helias who comes in with a season best of 20:05. Owensville is the favorite for the team title with a projected 42 points, leaving Osage (84) and Centralia (99) battling for the final State spot.
