Blake Morris (Notre Dame - Cape Girardeau)
Morris was the runner up at the State Meet last year, and he'll look to try and finish on top of the podium in 2019. That finish last year was his second time as an All-Stater after placing 5th in 2017. He had a successful track season as well with a third place finish in the Class 4 3200m.

Last year he placed 3rd, which followed up his 5th place finish from 2017 and a 14th place finish in 2016. Jack had a breakout season on the track and was arguably the most versatile distance runner in the State running 1:54, 4:13, and 9:17 across the 800, 1600, and 3200m. He also secured at State Championship in the 800, and took 6th in the 1600.
Jonathon Coffman (Herculaneum)
He was last year's sixth place finisher, and he will look to earn his forth straight XC State Medal this Fall after placing 21st in 2017, and 15th in 2016. He earned two additional State Medals on the track this Spring with a Runner Up finish in the Class 3 3200 and a forth place finish in 1600m.
Michael Rebello (Excelsior Springs)
After placing 13th at the State Meet in 2017, Rebello came back finished 11th last year to earn another All-State honor. He had a very successful junior campaign on the track, finishing as the runner up in both the Class 4 1600m & 3200m and that should leave him hungry to try and compete for his first ever State Title this Fall.
Jay Strausbaugh (Logan-Rogersville)
Jay had a breakout season last year and placed 8th at the State Meet in November. He continued that momentum into the track season this Spring with a 4th place finish in the Class 4 1600m and a 6th place finish in the 3200m. He'll look to keep the momentum going as he heads into his senior year.
Sophie Ashner (Owensville)
The three time All-State performer will look to make 4-for-4 this Fall with another State Medal finish. She placed 8th last year, 4th in 2017, and was 14th in 2016 and should finish up towards the front again this season.
Isabella Boedefeld (Visitation Academy)
Isabella had a break out year last Fall to put herself on the Class 3 XC map. She placed 9th at the State Meet to earn All-State honors, and dropped her PR by two and half minutes in the process. If she can keep that momentum rolling, she could end up higher up the rankings in 2019.
