Who Won This Week? Top Performers Weeks 1 & 2

Charlie Teeter (Webster Groves)

He was pretty fired up after his race on Saturday, and he had every right to be. After finishing his Track season with an All-State performance this Spring, he started his senior cross country season in spectacular fashion with a win at the Ft Zumwalt North Twilight. He ran a blazing 15:39 5K to claim the victory in a loaded field, that included several top teams. He didn't enter the season ranked, but he's definitely got everyone's attention now.

Wesley Porter (Rockhurst)

Porter returned to his PR course, and repeated as the champion of the Greg Wilson Classic. He ran 15:40, which is the second fastest time he has recorded, and currently sits in second place in the State just behind Teeter. He will continue to be one to watch at the season continues.

Blake Morris (Notre Dame - Cape Girardeau)

Blake Morris and his Notre Dame teammates traveled to Memphis back in Week 1, and Morris put in a great performance. He ran 15:46 to take 4th place in the always competitive Memphis Twilight. He showed that he is going to be a force to reckon with in Class 3.

Jack Crull (Helias Catholic)
