The Rock Bridge freshman has had a great start to her high school career. She picked up a 2nd place finish at the Ames Invitational in Iowa in her first meet with a time of 20:04. Then last weekend she raised the bar even further with a 2nd place finish in the very competitive green division at Forest Park with a 19:18, and was the highest placing Missourian.
The Lafayette Lancer has had a fabulous start to her freshman season in her two races so far. She ran 18:49 to place second at the very fast Zumwalt North Twilight in her first meet, and followed that up with another solid performance at Forest Park. She placed third, just behind Ford in the green division with a great time of 19:21.
The Lee's Summit West sophomore kicked off her season with a big PR at the fast Zumwalt North Twilight. She placed 5th with a time of 18:57, which improved upon her 19:37 season best from her freshman season at Missouri Southern.
With two top 10 5K finishes to her name already this season, Jacknewitz is off to a solid start in her sophomore season. After winning the 2 Mile at the Arnold Fleet Feet Kickoff, she placed 6th a few days later at the Zumwalt North Twilight with a time of 18:58. She followed that up this past weekend with a 7th place finish and a time of 19:41 at Forest Park.
The Kickapoo freshman is off to a hot start to begin her high school career as well. She picked up a win in her very first high school race, running 19:16 at the SWCCCA Richard Clark Invitational. She followed that up with a 9th place finish last weekend at Forest Park with a time of 19:49.
Arnold already has a State Championship to her name, but she has started off her sophomore year as strong as she finished her freshman campaign. She ran 19:18 at SWCCCA, finishing just behind Brown to follow up a win the week before at Fellows Lake where she ran 19:28.
The Freshman from Festus got his high school career rolling at the Tim Nixon Invitational. He placed 10th with a time of 16:38, and will look to build upon that and help Festus to yet another Class 3 State Team title this season.
The Lafayette Sophomore showed that he was ready to make the jump to the next level with two great results to start the season. He placed 5th at the Zumwalt North Twilight with a time of 15:55, and then had a very competitive finish at Forest Park where he placed 18th with a time of 16:53.
After finishing as an All-Stater his freshman season, Ackley is has started is sophomore year in spectacular fashion. He picked up a win at SWCCCA with a PR of 16:00, and then followed that up last weekend with a win at the Cottey College Invitational with a time of 16:24.
The Liberty North Sophomore picked up two solid finishes in very competitive races to start his season. He placed 11th at the Tim Nixon Invitational with a time of 16:47, and followed that up a week later with another 11th place finish at Ray-Pec with a time of 17:02.
Roehl kicked off his sophomore season with a really great couple of races. He picked up a third place finish at a tough Cole County course at the Jim Marshall Invitational with a time of 16:55. Last weekend, he came back with a 28th place finish at Forest Park with a 17:05.
The Kickapoo freshman has started his high school campaign very well. He picked up a 9th place finish at SWCCCA with a time of 16:52, and then followed that up with a 2nd place finish in the freshman 3K at Forest Park with a time of 10:04, just behind his teammate.

Another stellar Kickapoo freshman, Harris has started his season with two strong finishes. He placed 11th at SWCCCA with a time of 16:59, and then won the freshman 3K at Forest Park with a time 10:04 finishing just ahead of Creehan.
