Missouri Girls Performer of the Week (Oct. 3-8)

It's time to vote for the Missouri Girls Performer Of The Week for Week 7!

This week saw quite a few impressive performances. But first congrats to Lydia Gabrielson from Chillicothe for being last week's winner.

This week's nominees are ...

Emily Willman, Sullivan

The senior ran a school record 19:34.14 at the Hermann Invitational meet on Oct. 4. It was also her personal best and gave her second place in the race.

Savannah Whitcraft, Midway

The freshman won the Matt Gannon Invitational on Oct. 4 at Barstow High School and then ran a personal best and took fifth at the Pleasanton Invitational two days later (22:19.38) to take fifth place.

Faith Rouggly, Woodland

The freshman had a pair of high finishes this past week. She took third at the Woodland Invitational (21:01.00) and then won the South Central Athletic Association league championship in 21:20.90 on Oct. 8.

Chloe HeckmanNorth Platte

Her Panthers took first place to win the Brian T. Simpson Invitational on Oct. 8 at Gans Creek in Columbia, with 21 points. Heckman, a freshman, led the way with a runner-up finish in 20:06.42.

Tegan Bishop, Perryville

The senior won her second straight race when she captured first in the Woodland Invitational on Oct. 6. She won in 19:45.40, nearly 40 seconds faster than her showing at the Perryville Invitational on Sept. 27.
