The 2026 Missouri Track and Field Season is upon us and stellar performances are already flooding our rankings database. With meets taking place on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday only, we are considering this past weekend "Week 'Zero'" as we begin our Performer of the Week series.
Each Monday this season, we will be running a poll with five candidates for Performer of the Week that was, highlighting five athletes from around the state who did something amazing in the last seven days. Vote for who you think deserves the honor!
Polls open at 7:00am on Monday and remain open until 5:00pm on Friday. The athlete who wins will move to our end-of-the-season "Performer of the Year" poll and will not be nominated again for the weekly poll for the rest of the season. Athletes who were nominated and do not win will not be eligible to be nominated for one full week.

Here are this week's nominees:
Reagan Meyer - St. Vincent
St. Vincent's Reagan Meyer ran a Class 1 record (according to our database) on Saturday at the Notre Dame Frozen Invitational. Her 2:13.19 personal best was a statement opener, firmly establishing her as the favorite for the Class 1 crown in the event.
Amari Morrison - Liberty
Liberty's sprints crew was on fire Friday afternoon at the Darwin Rold Invitational. Morrison opened her season with a MO #1 24.80 mark in the open 200, but led her 4x200 squad to an eye-popping MO #7 all-time mark of 1:39.52. They also ran 48.48 in the 4x100 and 4:01.92 in the 4x400. Liberty currently leads the state in all four major relays.
Mya Robinson - Troy Buchanan
Robinson broke her school record in the high jump with a MO #1 mark of 1.66m (5-5.5) at the North Point Open #1. She was seventh in Class 5 in the event last year with her 1.62m (5-3.75) former personal best.
Gracelyn Bull - Marshfield
Bull leads the entire state in the Shot Put and Discus with her 12.33m (40-5.5) and 41.04m (134-7.75) marks at the Willard Throws Invitational. These are not personal bests for the Class 4 standout, though, as she has hit 13.11m (43-0.25) and 41.76m (137-0.25) in 2025.
Amya Bills - Central (New Madrid County)
Annual Class 3 star Amya Bills is back with a bang, popping off a 5.91m (19-4.75) personal best in the Long Jump at the Notre Dame Frozen Invitational. Already a two-time State champion in the event, Bills is already distancing herself from the rest of the field in mid-March.
