3:00- coaches meeting at the shed on the south end of the stadium
2:30- implement weigh-in (shed at the south end of the stadium)
3:45- field events (Javelin 3:00)
4:00-running events
Run fast heats last (slow to fast)
Girls followed by boys in running events
Fill all heats
Verify performance through momilesplit
2 entries per event/1 relay
Scoring system: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 (top 8 finishers)
Entry Fee: $200 per school for TRXC Race Management
North & South end zones will be used for coaching boxes
Throwing events will have coaching boxes marked off
