9. Carson Sanders - Orchard Farm - JR: Sure he has barely even cracked the top 50 at the state meet in his two chances, and sure he is barely in the top 20 among returners, but the rising junior from Orchard Farm made a huge jump in his sophomore year of track and we see big things coming. He now owns personal bests of 4:30 in the 1600 and 9:44 in the 3200 (7th in 2017 Class 3) and also threw down a 16:27 (16 second PR) at the 4th of July Firecracker 5K in O'Fallon, MO this summer - not an easy course. Look for Sanders, who's been putting in serious work this summer, to not only find the podium this Fall, but possibly the top 10.
