6. Patrick Hetlage and Paul Burka - SLUH - JR and SR - Class 4: Okay so maybe we cheated a little bit on this list. As you'll see, there's way more than 10 boys here. But, the top two returners from Saint Louis University High deserve your attention. Burka returns with a 16:37 and Hetlage a 16:49, both from last year's state meet. Hetlage had the slightly better track season as he was able to break through to the state track meet in the 3200 with his 9:48 best. Meanwhile, Burka put down a 2:00 open 800 and 4:37/10:10 bests, as well. Look for these two boys to carry the torch and keep a strong tradition moving forward.
