4. Tamia Emerson, Senior

PR: 18-1
Tamia comes into her senior season after placing 4th at State in the Long Jump last year. She peaked at the right time last year, jumping her 4 best jumps in here last 4 meets, and I think she could improve upon that this year. Don't be shocked to see Tamia near the top of the medal stand in 2018.
3. Maegan Saleh, Senior
Marquette
PR: 18-3
This Marquette Mustang has placed in the top 3 at State in each of the last 2 season (3rd in 2016, 2nd in 2017) and will try to improve again this year to win her first State Championship. Her PR of 18-3 is good enough to give her a shot, but I think she'll need to improve to walk away with first.
