Harrison Brown of Lafayette won a close battle for the individual championship over Lindbergh's Billy Driemeyer with a 16:21 to Driemeyers 16:24. Lafayette (Wildwood) also picked up a 33-48 victory over Marquette to become team champions of the West.

In the girls race Katelynn Quade of Marquette was the overall and West champion with a time of 19:30. Quade was a full 30 seconds faster than the second place finisher in the West. The Marquette girls were also the overall and West team champions, winning the West 44-56 over Eureka.
