14. Morgan Rains - Southern (Ellington) - SO: With only four performances to her name, two of them were extremely significant. Those two performances are her 5th place finish in Class 1 District 3 and her 22nd place finish at the state meet. Part of a recurring theme on this list, we don't have a track season to analyze from Rains, but it's hard to argue against putting her on a preseason rankings list when she is the 11th fastest finisher from the 2016 state meet.
