Being that they are the only other team returning a contingent without a 30:00+ runner, we slot Rock Port in at #10. Rock Port does not have a front-runner by any means, but appears to rely on its pack-running ability and will return their Top 6 from last year. They have the second best 1-5 split of the returning teams (2:45) and will look to qualify for state in 2017 for the first time since 2010 after taking 4th in District 8 in 2016.
