Miss Green was able to earn her first State Medal last season with an 8th place finish in the 100m. She has shown steady improvement over each of her first two years of high school, and I see no reason why she can't maintain the trend and receive her second medal this year.

5. Destiny Seeley, Senior

PR: 12.26
This Webb City Cardinal has been All-State in the 100m in each of the last two seasons (5th in 2017, 8th in 2016) and was All-State in the 400m last year as well (7th). I fully expect her to be just as good this year, and pick up her 3rd straight medal in the 100m.
