Salute to Seniors: Wave 1



Question: How does Current training look with situation!
Answer: I have had to move to trails and other areas to run but no change otherwise just don't have coach there!

Question: What are you doing to stay busy?
Answer: We have switched to online school so have been completing that along with working and preparing for college!

Question: What was your most memorable race/ moment?
Answer: 2018 State Championships or the Gans Creek Classic!

Question: Who would you consider your biggest competition over the last 4 years?
Answer: The Rockbridge boys team as they are cross town rivals!

Question: If I could do it over again What would I change?
Answer: Taking cool downs more serious, and stretching more!

Question: Hardest obstacle you had to overcome?
Answer: This past season we lost a former teammate who was shot and killed. Was something I didn't think I would have happen to someone in my life. Was very hard to deal with!

Question: What will you miss most?
Answer: Being around the team! From the bus rides to hotel stays just the family connection that we all grew together!

Question: What advice would you give to younger runners?
Answer: Do the little things! Hold yourself to a high standard and don't limit yourself just because someone says you can't!

Question: What impact has my coach had on me and my team?
Answer: I was blessed to have the best coaches and they not only made me a better runner but they reminded me about life lessons and encouraged me! My coaches helped me in the classroom and helped set me up for new opportunities after high school!

Question: What are your College Plans?
Answer: I will be attending Concordia University Wisconsin and running cross country and track! I will also be majoring in athletic training!

Question: Who would you like to say thank you too?
Answer: I would like to Thank Coach Crane Coach Reji White, Coach Daller, Coach Cameron and many others! I would also like to thank my parents for everything they do! Finally I would like to thank God for the opportunity to run!
