MSHSAA Class 2 Track and Field Championship Recap


North Platte's Olivia Rogers was part of four first-place finishes on the girls side, helping the Panthers win their first state title with 71 points. After taking second last year, Brendan Cary's team won the crown handily over Lawson, which had 48 points.

Rogers, a junior, won the 100 and 200 and was on the 4x100 and 4x200 teams that won.


Haley Sampson, Kalli Schuster and Lindsey Ramsey were on the 4x200, while Lonee French, Bella Kitmitto and Sampson made up the 4x100.
