The Southwest Missouri Cross Country Association All-Region Class 4 boys team was dominated by Zizzers.
West Plains had all seven runners on either the first-, second-team and honorable mention selections and Zizzers' coach Alicia Gunter was named the coach of the year.
The athlete of the year honor went to Webb City's Evan Stevens, who took 11th place at the MSHSAA Class 4 State XC Championships. He was also the champion of the MSHSAA Class 4 - District 2 meet and third at the COC XC Championship.
