Like they did on the boys' side, the West Plains Zizzers dominated the Class 4 Southwest Cross Country Coaches Association all-region team.
The first team was led by three Zizzers out of the eight spots. Bolivar had two, while Webb City's Abigail Street was named the athlete of the year. The Zizzers finished with six picks, while Webb City and Rolla had four.
Rolla's Rhett Cook was named the coach of the year and the Bulldogs had one first-team runner.
