Below are the top girls performances from the past week around Missouri. The winner will be crowned the Missouri Girl's Runner of the Week for Aug. 27 - Sept. 3.

The freshman won her first varsity race, which was held Sept. 1 at McNair Park in St. Charles. She ran 20:09.17 to win the First Capitol Cross Country meet.

The senior won the 51st Annual St. Mary's Cross Country Invitational, taking the crown for the second straight year. The returning Class 3 all-stater ran 19:19.86, a cushion of nearly 43 seconds.
