Coach Mizel Says...

"The girls look to be a solid 2A contender with the return of junior Sophie Angell who was out all of last XC season with a stress facture. Sophie will join 3rd place finisher and former state champion Courtney Rogers, as well as All-State senior Angela Steinbacher. Sophomore Kate Adams, who was All District and competed at the state meet last year, had a great summer and looks to fill a key varsity spot. Senior Emily Brockmeier also has an excellent summer and should be much improrved. The boys will be lead by Sophmore Henry Huff. The boys should also be helped by a pair of ever improving seniors Sam Maue and Chris Hopson."

"Start off at First Capital followed by Forest Park. Headed to Rim Rock in late September. Parkway West and Clayton fill out the schedule."

"The girls hope to return to the team trophy stand at state this year. The boys hope to make it to the state meet for the 3rd consecutive year."
